In collaborative working the first thing that we must consider is that is a group work, in other words, a relationship between professors and students. We all know that nowadays, work together isn’t an easy task, mainly because the educational hierarchy also because people don’t accept the opinion of the others and the problem of meeting for work together.

The collaborative working the professor will direct the students, giving for them the possibility of being challenge, which means, putting them in a situation that they will not be just the observers, they will become practitioners. The idea is: more people working together will have more possibilities of resolving the problems. It’s where we affirm that “two heads think better than one”.

When a group have the same ideas the work becomes easier, of course this doesn’t happens all the time, but this will make the students improve their abilities to deal with different points of views. Although the most difficult task is accept the others opinion, this can be solved with a discussion, putting all the ideas together and find a similarity between them. With this method the students develop mutual trust.

This work doesn’t have to be just in the classroom, with some tools, like the internet, this collaborative work can be easier than we thought and will not have the problem of meeting after school, for example, the blogs, chats, facebook, e-mails, all this can be used as a tool by the professor, and will make the student be more interesting, a class that you don’t need to be there for learn, is something new and is this kind of activity that call attention.

In summary, the collaborative work is a new way to make the students to listen different ideas, to create something new, to develop their intellectual and enhance professional development. And we must to believe that the collaborative wok will be a changing in the old manner of teaching.

Thesis Statement: Collaborative working is a more effective way of teaching than the traditional methods, because the students are more motivated.
  1. 1. Is a changing in the traditional method of teaching. The educational hierarchy will “not exist”.
  2. 2. Develop the intellectual of the student (mutual trust, opinion, accept the other’s opinions)
  3. 3. Use the internet as a tool, making the students being more interest.

Nowadays wok in group in schools is a very difficult task, but collaborative work is a more effective way of teaching than the traditional methods, because the students are more motivated.
